We want every TRTLSTYLE order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used travel pillows may not be accepted for hygiene reasons unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to support@trtlstyle.site. We will review and help with a replacement, refund, or the best next step.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
